If you're not satisfied with our software, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We cannot provide refunds for forgetting your password. Before encrypting important files, please test the software with non-critical data and ensure you can remember your password.

We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method
Once a refund is processed:
Make sure to decrypt all your files first! After your license is deactivated, you will no longer be able to decrypt files protected with the software.
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
